How Do I Get Approved for Coverage?
Step 1:
Meet with our team. We will help confirm that your insurance plan covers your surgery and decide which tests (sometimes called pre-operative tests or consults) your insurance plan requires you to take.
Step 2:
Our staff will guide you through your specific pre-operative testing process and help you submit the information to your insurance provider. Your surgeon will also review the results of the tests.
Step 3:
Your insurance provider reviews your submissions and determines whether you qualify. This process will vary among providers.
