Financing your procedure.
Considering bariatric or corrective surgery is a big step towards finally meeting–and keeping–your health goals. You may be concerned that you can’t afford the procedure, but consider the alternative: obesity-related healthcare costs adding up over time are just as cumbersome–if not more. This is just considering the financial costs, not the physical and mental tolls. Once you truly compare the two, which costs seem greater?
You shouldn’t feel like financing your surgery is a major financial burden, but it is an investment–in yourself. We have several financial policies to help ease the burden for nearly every patient. Also, many major health insurance providers offer insurance coverage.
We promise to make your surgical experience as financially seamless as possible in any way that we can. Our billing staff are experienced and we are in network with most insurance providers.
We are committed to our patient’s success we want to offer our support in every way we can.
We Accept the Following Insurance Providers:
- Care Source
- United Healthcare
How Do I Get Approved for Coverage?
Step 1: Meet with our team. We will help confirm that your insurance plan covers your surgery and decide which tests (sometimes called pre-operative tests or consults) your insurance plan requires you to take.
Step 2: Our staff will guide you through your specific pre-operative testing process and help you submit the information to your insurance provider. Your surgeon will also review the results of the tests.
Step 3: Your insurance provider reviews your submissions and determines whether you qualify. This process will vary among providers.
